I’ve always been camera shy. That began to change about a year ago while flipping through photos on my phone and discovering that I was regularly the one behind the camera capturing memories. I want my children to be able to look back on pictures of their childhood and see their mom right there with them smiling ear-to-ear, enjoying life, making memories, and soaking in the moments that quickly pass by.
I now take every opportunity to capture and treasure those moments with a picture… some are posed, some are spur of the moment, and some are bedhead and makeup free. But all of them are beautifully filled with the sweet moments of life worth capturing.
I’ve been contemplating sharing more of my lifestyle with you for quite awhile. To be completely honest, the only thing stopping me from doing so was me. My fear of opening the door to another layer of me beyond my passion for home decor was holding me back from something my heart desperately longed to do… so, I waited for a sign which gloriously presented itself a few weeks back.
A Family Owned Business with Heart
Now to the “sign” I mentioned.
If you’ve been following along with me on Instagram, you know I’m a sentimental person. I regularly look for signs to guide me through my journey in life. My sign came last month when I had the pleasure of meeting the Glamour Farms family at the Haven Conference I attended in Atlanta. Glamour Farms is a family owned clothing business founded by Pam and her two daughters, Stephanie and Elizabeth. After a few moments chatting with them, I knew the sign I had been waiting for was brightly smiling back at me through these lovely ladies. These ladies are as sweet as pie and I know y’all are going to fall in love with them and their clothing as much as I did!
Each Sunday, I’ll feature a new Glamour Farms piece and show you how I’ve seamlessly styled it into my wardrobe.
How I Wore It
How I style my home is very similar to how I dress myself. I enjoy layering a neutral base with hints of color, mixing classic pieces with current pieces, and thrifted treasures. I gravitate towards clothing that easily pairs with my wardrobe stables of boots, sandals, and distressed + cutoff jeans. My clothes need to be comfortable and easy to move around in… I am a boy mom after all and my days are unpredictable and a bit messy.
Today, I’m sharing this Misty Morning Tunic/Dress. As soon as I put it on, I instantly felt beautiful and confident. It has a cheerful boho charm that features a floral + paisley pattern with sheer, lace panels (I layered it with a thrifted cream colored tank underneath). It flows softly, is lightweight, and will easily transition through the seasons with a cute jean jacket + cozy sweater, sandals + boots, and jeans + leggings. It’s also darling tucked in with dressy pants and a pair of wedges.

Glamour Farms clothing, accessories, and shoes appeal to a wide range of styles + ages and compliment women of all shapes + sizes from juniors to curvy. I’m 5’4”ish and am wearing a size small in their tunic.
